Last updated: MARCH 2026
Welcome to VIA VISTA!
1. Introduction
Welcome to the website and services of Via Vista. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern all bookings, purchases, communications and use of our website and services. By accessing our website or making a booking you accept and agree to these Terms.
2. Definitions
“We/Us/Our” means Via Vista.
“You/Client/Customer” means the person(s) who make a booking or use our services.
“Supplier” means airlines, hotels, tour operators, transport companies, visa/immigration service providers and any third-party that supplies travel products.
3. Applicability & Licensing
Via Vista operates as a travel services provider and must comply with the Kingdom’s tourism laws and the implementing regulations issued by the Ministry of Tourism. You agree that any products or services sold through our site are provided subject to applicable travel-industry regulations and licensing requirements.
4. Bookings, Quotes & Confirmation
All bookings are subject to availability. A booking is confirmed only when we send you a written confirmation (email or booking reference) and any required payment has cleared.
Quotes and promotional offers are time-limited and may change until confirmed.
Prices shown include VAT where applicable; any compulsory government fees (e.g., departure taxes, visa fees) will be disclosed when known.
5. Payments & Taxes
Payment methods accepted will be shown at checkout. Full or partial pre-payment may be required depending on the product.
You are responsible for any foreign transaction fees charged by your bank.
All prices are subject to applicable Saudi taxes and fees; we will inform you of VAT status on invoices.
6. Third-Party Suppliers & Contracts
Many components of travel (airline tickets, hotel accommodation, local transport, excursions, visas) are provided by third parties over which we have no direct control. Your contract for these services is between you and the supplier; however, we act as agent/arranger as specified in your booking confirmation. We will provide contact details for suppliers where required.
We are not liable for acts or omissions of third-party suppliers except to the extent required by law.
7. Visas, Passports, Health & Documents
It is your responsibility to ensure you hold valid passports, visas, travel documents, vaccinations and comply with entry/exit/health requirements for all destinations. We may provide guidance, but we do not guarantee visa approvals.
We strongly recommend you carry copies of documents and that you obtain suitable travel insurance.
8. Travel Insurance
We recommend and may require that clients purchase comprehensive travel insurance covering cancellation, medical expenses, repatriation, and personal liability. Insurance is not provided automatically unless stated.
9. Changes by You / Changes by Suppliers
If you request a change after booking, we will attempt to assist but additional fees, supplier charges and fare differences may apply.
If a supplier or we must change a major element of your booking (e.g., flight time, accommodation category), we will inform you and offer alternatives where reasonably possible. Any rights to refunds or remedies are subject to the supplier’s rules and our separate Refunds & Cancellations policy. (See our Refunds page.)
10. Cancellations & Refunds
The specific cancellation and refund rules for your booking will be set out in your booking confirmation and in our separate Refunds & Cancellations page. Consumer rights and refund handling are subject to applicable Saudi consumer protection rules and airline/supplier policies. For air tickets, passenger rights governed by the civil aviation rules may also apply.
11. Force Majeure
We are not liable for failure to perform where such failure results from events beyond reasonable control (force majeure), including but not limited to natural disasters, epidemics, government actions, war, strikes, supplier insolvency, or changes in laws and travel restrictions. In such cases, we will provide options in line with supplier policies and applicable law (e.g., rescheduling, vouchers, or refunds where permitted).
12. Liability & Limitations
We will exercise reasonable care in making arrangements for your travel. However, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, our liability is limited to proven direct loss resulting from our negligence.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any liability which cannot be excluded by applicable Saudi law. In particular, consumer protection and tourism regulations set mandatory limits and exceptions which we will respect.
13. Consumer Rights, Language & Transparency
We will provide clear, accurate and intelligible information about services, prices, and your rights. Where required by Saudi consumer guidelines, key contractual information and invoices will be available in Arabic; an English translation may be provided for convenience, but Arabic is the authoritative language for official or legal purposes.
14. User Content & Reviews
If you post reviews, photos or comments on our site, you grant us a non-exclusive license to use, reproduce and publish them in connection with our business. We reserve the right to remove content that breaches these Terms or applicable law.
