1. General Booking and Cancellation Rules

  • Provider Policies Apply: All travel services offered through Via Vista are subject to the specific terms, conditions, and rules of the respective third-party service providers (hotels, airlines, transport operators) regarding bookings, cancellations, and refunds. Clients are advised to carefully review these provider-specific terms when purchasing a service.

  • 48-Hour Minimum Notice: In order to be eligible to cancel a reservation or request a refund, you must submit your cancellation request at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled booking date.

  • Cancellation Fees: While many prepaid services can be canceled or modified, any applicable cancellation or amendment fees will be charged strictly in accordance with the specific service provider’s refund policy.

2. Non-Refundable Services

  • Please note that certain promotional fares, specialized packages, and specific third-party services are designated as strictly non-refundable and non-changeable. By proceeding with the booking, you acknowledge and accept the stated cancellation and amendment restrictions associated with those specific services.

3. No-Shows and Late Check-Ins

  • Partial Stays: If you are unable to check in to your accommodation on the first day of your booking but intend to stay for the remaining nights, you must confirm these changes with us or the hotel directly on the first day of the reservation. Failure to do so may result in the automatic cancellation of your entire reservation—subject to the hotel’s specific policy—and standard no-show fees will apply.

4. Unconfirmed Bookings by Via Vista

  • In the event that a pre-booking for any of our services cannot be officially confirmed by our team, Via Vista assumes full responsibility to resolve the issue by offering you one of the following options:

    • A full and complete refund of the amount paid.

    • An alternative service with another provider of a similar price, quality, and category.

5. Limitation of Liability for Third-Party Providers

  • Via Vista operates as a travel intermediary and does not have direct operational control over transportation lines or hotel service providers. Therefore, Via Vista cannot be held directly liable for issues originating from these providers.

  • We are not responsible for refunds, compensation, or additional expenses resulting from provider-initiated cancellations, flight delays, or changes in travel schedules.

  • Any cancellation initiated by the user for any reason that falls outside of the permitted provider terms will not be financially covered or compensated by Via Vista.

Approved refunds will be processed based on the original payment method and may take time to reflect in your account depending on your bank's processing times.
